The Book’d Holiday Party 2023: Wrapping Up the Year with a Full House

On December 8th we wrapped up the year the best way we know how. Surrounded by our people, raising a glass to the season and the community that makes Book’d what it is.
The holiday party was held at the Book’d office in downtown Ocala and it was one for the books. Friends, family, clients, neighbors, and even a few surprise guests packed the house, each one dressed to the nines and ready to celebrate. From the moment the doors opened the energy was high and the holiday spirit was everywhere.
The open bar was flowing and Graze & Prosper outdid themselves with a stunning charcuterie spread that covered the entire dining table. Guests mingled throughout the house, sipping cocktails on the porch, catching up in the living room, and enjoying how we transformed the office into a cozy, festive space. There was something cheerful in every corner.
One of the most special parts of the night? A few of our Airbnb guests who were staying in nearby Book’d properties downtown even stopped by to join in on the fun. It was a reminder of how connected this little community really is, and how many people we get to welcome in throughout the year.
The highlight of the night was the first ever Book’d white elephant gift exchange. With a mix of funny, surprising, and downright ridiculous gifts, it brought the whole room to life. There were dramatic reveals, unexpected steals, and a few hot items that got passed around more than once. It was the perfect way to wrap up the evening with laughter and a little holiday mischief.
Book’d has always been about making people feel at home. This night reminded us just how lucky we are to be surrounded by a community that believes in what we do. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. We are already counting down to next year.
