Book'd is a unique Airbnb management firm based in the Historic District of Ocala. A boutique agency, we pride ourselves on offering bespoke services to our clients. Our experienced team uses a hands-on approach to management, whereby we create a plan tailored to the uniqueness of your property. We work closely with you to understand your specific needs and goals and see to it our services fit your individual requirements.
Whether your rental property is a cottage in the backyard or you live full-time in another state, we provide not only the standard services of listing setup/design, reservation management, and guest communications, but additional services such as “second eye” cleaning inspections and maintenance coordination for property owners. This comprehensive approach results in a complete solution for our clients. Understandably, this way of doing things limits us geographically and that’s fine because we love living and working in the Ocala region.
