What does Book’d actually do?
In short, we handle it all. Book’d is a full-service short-term rental management company, which means we take care of everything from getting your home guest ready to keeping it booked, clean, and running smoothly. We create your listing using professional photos and a well-written description, manage all guest communication, coordinate cleanings and restocking between stays, and handle any minor repairs or maintenance that come up. We also monitor and adjust your pricing to help maximize your earnings. And if your home needs furnishing or styling, we can fully furnish and design the space from the ground up.
Our goal is simple. We help you earn passive income from your property without the stress of managing it yourself.

What kinds of properties do you manage?
Everything from historic downtown bungalows to modern homes near WEC, countryside retreats, waterfront cottages, barn apartments, guest suites, and more. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We meet each property where it is and build a strategy around what will work best for that specific space and its ideal guest.
Whether your home is fully furnished or completely empty, we’ll figure out the right setup to turn it into a successful short-term rental.

Book’d was built from the ground up right here in Ocala by a team who started by managing their own Airbnb out of a historic guest cottage. We’ve grown a lot since then, but we’ve never lost that hands-on approach. Our team knows every home we manage inside and out. We visit in person. We meet the guests when we can. And we treat your property like it’s our own.
There are plenty of management companies that rely on automation and remote systems. That’s not us. We are in it for the relationships with our homeowners, our guests, and the local community.

Do I have to furnish the home before working with you?
No. Many of our clients come to us with homes that are completely empty. If needed, we handle every detail of setup from scratch. Furniture, decor, kitchenware, bedding, TVs, bathroom essentials, even the right hangers and trash cans. We manage the entire process so you don’t have to worry about sourcing items, coordinating deliveries, or figuring out what’s needed. You walk into a home that’s completely ready for guests.

Can I still use my home for personal stays?
Of course. Many of our clients use their properties part time or seasonally. You can block off dates whenever you need to. We’ll make sure the home is spotless and fully ready for your arrival each time you return.

Who handles cleaning and maintenance?
We do. We coordinate professional, reliable cleanings after every guest stay. We also handle regular home inspections, restocking of essentials, and anything that pops up. Whether it’s a leaky faucet, an AC filter that needs changing, or a guest who accidentally locked themselves out, we’ve got it covered.
